On the following pages we would like to present to you Eppelsheim with its present-day life and historical past, which is both interesting and worth knowing.

Eppelsheim is situated in the hilly countryside of Rhine-Hesse. Since 1972 we have been part of the municipality of Alzey-Land in the administrative district of Alzey-Worms. At present we have a population of about 1300 people. Our village is characterised by the moat, the Dalberg Tower and the houses built of natural limestone.
